Marrying a foreign national

For a wedding in Croatia or abroad the registrar requires certified translations of both partners' documents.

• Birth certificate
• Certificate of no impediment (single status)
• Certificate of citizenship
• Passport
• Proof of residence
• Divorce decree or death certificate (if applicable)
• Wedding vow or speech text (optional)
• Details for invitations and the ceremony (optional)
